چکیده

As a kind of promising drug carriers, smart polymers have attracted much attention due to the effective and controlled release in target cells. Herein, reactive oxygen species (ROS)-responsive thioether-containing amphiphilic hyperbranched polymer prepared from MTPA TMPTGE (HBPMT) is synthesized 3-(methylthio)propylamine (MTPA) trimethylolpropane triglycidyl ether (TMPTGE) by amine-epoxy click reaction via A2 + B3 one-pot approach. Benefiting its inherent nature, HBPMT can self-assemble into stable micelles water. Triggered H2O2, these be dissociated rapidly because hydrophobic thioether segments their cores are oxidized hydrophilic sulfoxide or sulfone groups. Additionally, ROS produced photosensitizer under light irradiation also play same role H2O2. Such utilized encapsulate anticancer paclitaxel (PTX) chlorin e6 (Ce6) simultaneously for delivery control release. The methyl thiazolyl tetrazolium assay toward MCF-7 tumor cells (a human breast adenocarcinoma cell line) indicates that encapsulated with PTX Ce6 exhibit significant combinational efficacy proliferation inhibition, which means potential synergistic chemo-photodynamic cancer therapy. novel nanocarrier based on transition would provide candidate combination
